The web interface allows uploading and downloading of files as well as file sharing capabilities. A single link can be created and accessed (read only) or you can grant a friend upload access too.

Having a friend be able to upload files directly to your MyCloud is more efficient than using a cloud service as the file doesn’t have to be redownloaded in order to work.
